Trouble installing?
- Make sure your iPhone is signed into the App Store with the Apple ID you want to use.
- Search for Ferber: Baby Sleep Training in the App Store directly.
- If you see a different "Ferber" app, check that the developer is Lucky Future.
- Email [email protected] if the install fails. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you saw.
After install
A 90-second quickstart.
- Open the app and answer a few questions: your baby's age and the sleep challenges you are facing. A name is optional and stays on your phone.
- Allow notifications if you want check-in alerts when the app is in the background. You can also set a bedtime reminder in Settings.
- Add the widget if you like: long-press your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Ferber.
- Tonight, start Night 1 at bedtime. The timer runs the intervals.
